Nuralite Leveling Shims

Picture

Available in 1, 2 and 3mm thicknesses, the Nuralite leveling shims are designed to sit on top of Nurapads or Nurajacks in the following ways:
  1. As a whole peace that can be used to incrementally increase the height of a Nurapad

  2. Cut in half or into quarters, the Nuralite Leveling Shims can be placed on the downward slope of a non self leveling jack or Nurapad to level the Tile, paver or timber joist.

  3. Stone and concrete pavers can sometimes not be level, the Nuralite Leveling shim can be used to pack to level.

Nurajack Adjustment Key

Picture

The Nuralite Nurajack Adjustment Key is designed to fit between tiles and pavers to adjust the Nurajack.  At the time of installation, a tiler can place the individual tiles/pavers to a relative level and once fully installed make any further adjustments without lifting the tile/paver.  This speeds up the installation process and the overall quality of the installation.  Secondly, over time, a floated deck may settle on the membrane, or the structure may move, causing the tiles/pavers to become unsettled.  Using the Nurajack Adjustment Key will allow the home owner or building manager to simply adjust the individual nurajacks without lifting a tile.

Tile Cladding Spacers

Picture
For a successful project, the perimeter of the installation must be locked in to prevent the tiles moving. We recommend cladding spacers for this job as they are made of 100% polyurethane and have no plasticizers, oils, or fillers.
Spacers are available in 14mm, 10mm or 5mm thickness.

Nurajack Head Locker

When installing smaller cut tiles adjacent to full tiles, it may be necessary to lock the self-leveling head to stop excessive movement.  The Nurajack Head Locker is designed to clip in place and lock the Nurajack's self-leveling head.

Nurajack Silent Pad

Footfall noise on any deck area can be minimised through using the Nurajack SE Acoustic Pad.  The Nurajack SE Acoustic Pad is a self-adhesive disc that adheres to the base of the Nurajack.  It will provide a Nurajack SE3 with a total of 25dB (IIC:25) reduction in acoustic transference noise.
The Nurajack Acoustic Pad can also be used as a slip layer between the Nurajack and a membrane if necessary

Nurajack Vertical Clip

The Nurajack Vertical Clip will hold 20mm tiles in place vertically under a leading edge of a Nurajack.  This is sometimes required when the edge of a deck is exposed or the underside of the deck can be seen through a glass balustrade.
