Nurajack $5K Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions contained here in and is subject to the standard Privacy Policy of Nuralite Waterproofing Ltd. (“The Promotor”).

• Entry into the Promotion is open to all residents of New Zealand excluding Nuralite/Nurajack staff and their immediate family members.

• The Promotion commences Wednesday 1st October 2025 8.30am and concludes Thursday 2 April 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

• To be eligible to enter, individuals must complete the form at www.nurajack.co.nz/win and attached a photo of a Nurajack project they have worked on, or tag Nurajack in a social media post on Instagram (@Nurajack) or Facebook (@NurajackDecking) showing the Nurajacks installed or being installed.

• Entrants agree to have their name, and the image submitted reproduced on Social Media platforms and websites at the discretion of the Promotor.

• Only one (1) entry per person per project is permitted.

• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entered into or considered.

• The Promotor retains the right to change the competition Terms and Conditions at any time in its absolute discretion.

• Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any personal injury or any loss, damage, cost, or expense whether caused direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.

• The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion.

• The Promoter may, unless otherwise advised, use the information for marketing promotional, publicity, research, and profiling purposes.
